Pro Placement, Inc. signs 3,071 sf lease at The Madison Building

Pro Placement, a financial services provider, signed a lease agreement for 3,071 square feet of office space at The Madison Building, 15851 Dallas Parkway in Addison. The company will utilize the space for office and clerical purposes. Andy Anderson of Anderson Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. (ACRES) represented the tenant; the landlord was represented by Mark Harrison of Granite Properties.
