Discovery Healthcare Group Closes on Historic Office Building

Discovery Healthcare Group has closed on the purchase of 909 18th Street, a 4,300 square foot historic office building in Plano, Texas. Andy Anderson of Anderson Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. represented the seller, Hallway, Inc., a Georgia corporation, and Kent Smith of NAI Robert Lynn represented Discovery in the transaction.
